Managing and creating your P&GeSAVER account
My password doesn’t work/I forgot my password.
Please click here to have your password sent to the e-mail address you provided when you created your P&GeSAVER account. 

How many characters can I use to create my password?
Your password must be between 4 and 16 characters and must contain at least one number and one letter.

Where can I get help if I have trouble logging into my P&GeSAVER account?
You may contact us by clicking on the “Help Center” link on any page of the promotional Web site. Please fill out the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

May I opt out of receiving e-mails in the future?
Yes, you can opt out of receiving future e-mails from P&G Everyday Solutions. You may unsubscribe by going to www.pgeverydaysolutions.com and clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the page. The only e-mails you will receive from P&GeSAVER are transactional and they include the initial welcome message, coupons confirmation messages, any error messages related to adding coupons to your card and any replies to customer service or password requests.

 
How the P&GeSAVER program works

How do I get a shopper's card?
Shopper cards can be obtained at any Kroger, Safeway markets or participating Kroger and Safeway retailers (see question below).

What stores are participating in P&GeSaver?
The following stores are participating in the promotion:
Kroger, Ralphs, King Soopers, Fry's, Smith's, Dillons, QFC, JayC, City Market, Gerbes, Owen's, Baker's, Hilander, Food4Less, Payless, Safeway, Randall's, Tom Thumb, Carr's, Vons, Genuardi's, Dominick's and Pavilions.

You can also click on the “My Cards” page and click the view all participating retailers to see the stores.

Can I remove coupons from my shopper's card without spending them?
No, once coupons have been entered onto your shopper card, they cannot be removed. They need to remain on your card until they expire or you redeem the coupons.

Can I load multiples of a coupon onto my shopper's card?
No, each coupon may only be loaded onto your card once.

Can I load the same coupon onto different Shopper cards?
No, each coupon may only be loaded onto one card at a time.

How long does it take until my coupons are active on my card once I enter them?
It takes up to one hour before the coupons are available on your card to redeem at your retail store. The only exception is that in some cases you can use your alternate ID (usually your phone number) instead of your card number. If you use your alternate ID on your first visit to the P&GeSAVER site, after that first visit it, will take up to 24 hours for coupons to be available on your card.

What happens if my discount did not apply when I purchased my product at the store?
If your discount was not applied properly, contact P&GeSAVER customer service for assistance by clicking on the “Help Center” link in the bottom navigation.

How can I view coupons loaded on my shoppers card?
You can click on the “My P&GeSAVER Coupons” link and on the “My P&GeSAVER Coupons” page, click on the Safeway or Kroger tab to view active, redeemed, and expired coupons.

How do I switch between cards on my coupon page to load offers?
Click on the tabs and this will prompt you to load coupons to the selected card.

Can I print my coupons?
Once you have loaded coupons onto your shopper card, click the “ P&GeSAVER Coupons” link located on the left side of the page. On the “My P&GeSAVER Coupons” page, you can click on the one of the two print shopping list options- full print list or text list and bring the list with you on your next shopping trip.

How can I change or add a shopper card?
Once you have logged into your account, click on the “My Shopper's Card” link and you can change or add a card on the My Shopper's Card.
